Booking & cancellation
You can book online at www.schladming-appartements.at, by phone or email at our booking center in Schladming at the BEST PRICE. You can book on the go from your smartphone or tablet. We are of course also bookable online on all common booking and review platforms and have many international travel agency partners.
We regret that pets are not allowed in the Naturchalets am Gradenbach.

You can search for and book several chalets online at www.schladming-appartements.at. However, we recommend that you contact our booking center directly using the group enquiry form, by email or by phone so that we can best meet all of your group's needs. If you book at least 3 holiday properties, you will receive a bonus of 5% on the rental amount. Bookings as part of a package are excluded, as a discount has already been deducted.
The stated price is a total price and includes the rental of the holiday home for the stated period and the stated number of persons, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, overnight stay taxes, Summer Card (during the Summer Card season), Bonus Card and all taxes.

No, you do not need a credit card at www.schladming-appartements.at. You can make your deposit and the remaining payment by bank transfer.
On booking.com and other online booking platforms, the price is quoted without additional costs such as final cleaning, bed linen & towels, local taxes or other costs. These costs are always listed separately, in small print, and only added to the price after the booking has been completed. The rental price is ALWAYS higher on the online booking platforms than on www.schladming-appartements.at!
Yes, a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is due 14 days after booking. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer.
The remaining payment is due upon arrival at the latest. You can pay this directly on site on the day of arrival by credit card, debit card or in cash. If a bank transfer is more suitable for you, we ask that you do this no later than 14 days before arrival.
You can book additional services directly online when booking your holiday home, on site in our service office or in the digital guest information.
Toddlers up to 2 years old can stay in our chalets free of charge. We are happy to provide cots and high chairs free of charge, subject to availability. Children aged 2 and over are charged the standard price.
Travel cancellation insurance is not included in the price, but you can take out insurance when booking. You can find more information here.
The all-inclusive summer card is included in the total price. The summer card is valid from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and the entire day of departure.

When you arrive, you will automatically receive the Schladming Apartments bonus card free of charge, which allows you to enjoy many price advantages and discounts at all of our partners. The card is valid in numerous restaurants, stores & shops, ski rentals, ski schools, beauty salons, transfers and much more in all holiday resorts. Find all bonus partners here.
If you need to make changes to your booking, please let us know in writing about your desired changes. Our staff will then take care of it immediately.
Arrival, stay & departure
A security deposit of €300 is payable on arrival. Preferably, we will block this amount on your credit card but will not debit it. The deposit will be refunded between 2-5 days after departure, provided no damage was found in the chalet. If we notice any damage to the chalet caused by you, we will contact you immediately. If the damage you have caused exceeds the amount of the deposit, we ask you to report the damage to your insurance company so that they can cover the costs.
All our chalets have free WiFi.
Please store your ski equipment in the ski room. This is located next to the garage on the right-hand side. The boot warmer in the boot room is switched on continuously during the winter months. The chalet key locks the ski boot room. The room is under video surveillance.
You can move into the chalet from 3 p.m. We offer an early check-in for €20 per chalet, provided the chalet is available on the day of arrival. If you would like an early check-in, please contact us a few days before your arrival so that we can confirm this.
Check-out on the day of departure is by 10 a.m. at the latest. If the chalet is no longer booked on your day of departure, we offer our guests the option of a LATE CHECK OUT (until 5 p.m.). The cost for this is €20.00 per chalet. We would be happy to discuss these options with you on site.
On the day of departure, we would ask you to leave the chalet in a proper condition (switch on the dishwasher, dispose of the rubbish). We ask that you be punctual so that we can clean and prepare the chalet for the next guests. The final cleaning will be arranged by our cleaning staff. We ask that you return the keys to our service office by 10 a.m. at the latest. After departure, our staff will check the chalet and cancel the deposit on your credit card.
A few days before your arrival, you will receive an arrival information email with detailed information about your check-in. You must check in with us at the Schladming-Appartements service office in Schladming so that you can receive the keys for your booked chalet.
A maximum of 3 people are allowed in the swimming pond. 10 people around the swimming pond. Swimming times from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Parents are responsible for their children.
The entire chalet is a non-smoking chalet. Smoking is permitted on the balconies and terraces. Please dispose of cigarette butts only in the ashtrays provided.
You will receive arrival information by email one week before your arrival with detailed information about check-in, services, your holiday destination, weather, open lifts and highlights in Schladming and the surrounding area.
If you arrive outside of our opening hours, we will deposit your keys with detailed arrival information in our key safe, which is located directly in front of our service office. You will receive the code by email before your arrival.
The chalets are each equipped with a bath towel and a small towel as well as a rug for the number of people booked. You are welcome to order a free towel change at any time during your stay in our service office.
Our holiday homes are self-catering accommodation and are only cleaned after guests have left. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, we can arrange this by arrangement and at an additional cost.
The apartment prices are usually per person, which means the price per person varies. We would ask you to inform us of any changes in the number of people BEFORE your arrival, as we are unable to make any payments on the day of arrival. Likewise, the chalet will not be properly prepared if more people arrive on the day of arrival than booked.
We provide travel cots and high chairs free of charge while stocks last. We recommend booking this service as an additional service when booking or informing us by email or telephone before arrival. The travel cots have a mattress with a sheet; unfortunately, we do not provide children's bed linen.
In Austria we separate the garbage into residual waste, organic waste, plastic, glass and paper. In the Naturchalets am Gradenbach you will find the appropriate garbage bags for this in the general garbage room. Please use the yellow bag in the apartment for plastic. The ASH from the fireplace must be disposed of carefully and COLD!
The holiday homes are equipped with cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops and buckets. Some also have vacuum cleaners. As an initial supply, you will find a few rolls of toilet paper, some dishwasher tablets, garbage bags, dishwashing liquid and one or two tea towels in the apartment.

Your reservation confirmation contains a direct link to the detailed description of the booked chalet. If you have any further questions or requests, please contact our service office.
You can order the bread roll service for the duration of your stay directly from our service office upon arrival. Our partner baker will then deliver these daily directly to the chalet door. Payment is made at the end of your stay in our service office.
